Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, excluding sale items.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please ensure that the original tags and packaging are intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Please note that all Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We will take ₹100 for every return of product.
Exchanges:
- We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or color. We offer exchanges for eligible items.
- First exchange is on us.
- After that ₹100 will be chargeable for exchanges.
- Exchange valid for 14 Days.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- No return or exchange is allowed on an already exchanged item.
- Please check the size chart before requesting an exchange.
- Sale items: Only one exchange is allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will process it as a return and issue a refund as per our refund policy.
- Certain promotional or discount codes may restrict returns/exchanges. Please check the terms & conditions of the coupon before purchase.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be initiated within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits to your registered email ID, valid for six months.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account for prepaid orders.
- If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Store credits cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
Return/Exchange Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- You will receive instructions for the return/exchange process.
- Please securely package the item and include the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
Return Shipping:
- We will arrange pickup for returns and exchanges from your doorstep.
- Please ensure you are available during the scheduled pickup time.
- Verify the pickup details with our logistics partner during collection.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographs.
- We will arrange for a return/exchange and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
- No charges will apply for genuine manufacturing defects.
Sale Order Policies:
- No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period.
- Only one exchange is allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
- Exchanges during the sale are subject to size availability.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags intact.
- If the returned product is in poor condition or shows signs of use, the return/exchange request will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

- Customers are allowed to initiate a return or exchange for a specific issue only once. Subsequent requests for the same issue will not be processed.

- Staple reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
